You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the Service

ChefMind AI provides tools for inventory, recipes, food cost, scheduling, and sales analysis. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

4. AI-generated content

Features such as dish suggestions, plating references, and schedule proposals are generated by AI and are advisory only. You remain responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them in your operations.

5. Fees and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party providers such as POS systems and messaging platforms. Their terms and availability are separate from ours, and we are not responsible for their behavior or downtime.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefMind AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
