We use your data to run the Service: displaying your inventory and schedules, generating AI suggestions, syncing with integrations you connect, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with access controls. Sensitive credentials, such as POS tokens, are encrypted and masked so only the last few characters are ever displayed. We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
4. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service such as a POS provider or messaging platform, data is exchanged according to that provider's policies and the permissions you grant. We only access what is needed to provide the feature you enabled.
5. AI processing
AI features process your operational data to generate suggestions and analysis. Outputs are advisory and may be improved over time. Your data is used to provide results to you and is not used to train shared models.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data or close your account at any time; we will remove it within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

8. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
